6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting Contributions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Contributions in any media. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your Contributions.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor the Services for violations.
• Take legal action against violators.
• Refuse, restrict, or remove any Contributions deemed excessive or burdensome.
• Remove or disable content that violates these Legal Terms.
• Manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functionality.

8. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms remain in full force while you use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services (including blocking IP addresses) to anyone for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We have no obligation to update any information and will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

Before initiating arbitration, the Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days upon written notice.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the European Arbitration Chamber (Brussels, Avenue Louise 146), in accordance with its rules.

Restrictions

Arbitration is limited to the dispute between the Parties individually. No class-action or representative proceedings are permitted.

Exceptions

Disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights, or claims for injunctive relief, are not subject to arbitration and shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction as specified above.

12. CORRECTIONS

There may be errors or omissions in the Services (including descriptions, pricing, availability). We reserve the right to correct any and to change or update information at any time without notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE (OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your breach of these Legal Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of another.
• Any harmful act by you toward another user.

16. USER DATA

We maintain data you transmit to the Services to manage performance, but you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We will not be liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written form and original signatures.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severable without affecting the remainder.
